Thanks guys, really new to this. Nutritionalist put me on strict diabetic diet & I don’t know much about altering certain foods to get the most out of a meal. Really helpful though. :)

I made 1 egg, 2 slices of turkey bacon, 1 English muffin with 1 tbsp. of light mayo, a golden delicious apple, & 1 cup of Trop 50 orange juice. :)

My goal is 85 lbs. Not only because of the weight, but pre-diabetic & disabled. Gotta get healthy & fit to better myself.
