Was feeling blah on my cardio day, but went to the gym and did hills on the bike for a half hour. I had a super cool circuit planned, but just wasn't feeling it. At least I got something done though!

Have you tried anything lower impact on days you feel fatigued? Maybe biking at a steady state or walking at a doable pace on a slight incline? Swimming might also be a great alternative. HIIT is wonderful, but on days you feel fatigued it might not be the best idea, but on days you have the energy then yes. On my cardio…

Have you talked to a registered dietician in your GI office? I ask because they are such great resources and may be able to give you some pointers on better options for your GI issues - things to steer clear of (maybe even certain GF brands that aren't as quality as others?), etc. Just a thought!
