Hi guys, I am sorry I bagged out last month - we were away for three weeks most of it in the car driving. I dont think I am in this group, or any group, this month - how would I find out? I may just have to wait till august to jump in but I am back on track after a 5lb gain on our trip! Ugh.

4/15 WI PW: 171.2 CW: 167.8 Finally! The intermittent fasting and extra exercise seem to have broken my plateau! I am very relieved! I would like never to see the 170's again!

Very Happy - i seem to be finally going down. It seems the only thing that works for me is the intermittent fast. I am doing 600 calories two days a week. I think it tricks my metabolism which keeps it from slowing down into starvation mode. Hopefully this will keep going...
