I've been in maintenance for 4 months now and continue to keep my weight between 125 and 128 lbs.

  • I was sad to here about Ozzy's passing. I've seen him in concert, solo and with Black Sabbath, a dozen times. We stood in line for 6 hours one day to get photos and autographs of all of Black Sabbath. He was my husbands favorite singer. I woke up energetic. I had a great workout and stayed within my calorie goal.

  • @takinitalloff - Thank you @jennydowd - I did not finish in 30 min. I started too strong and wore out. Although, I gave it my all as I approached the finish line, and finished 12 seconds faster than my previous time.
