Good morning! Yesterday was successful day. I met my calorie nutrition goals and drank plenty of water. Also, I've been making new recipes, which has made not having some of those unhealthy foods, a little easier. It's nice trying some healthy new flavors. Most of them have been tasty. Hello, Yesterday was a good day. I tried some new recipes, drank plenty of water, and even did a little walking. Although, my ankles and feet are swollen and sore today. I'm really hoping losing weight and eating healthy will fix whatever is causing this body aches. If not, at least I will be thinner.
