Good morning!
How did everyone do yesterday? Yesterday was my first planned day to get what I call, back on track. I drank too much water and didn't get enough calories. Can you drink too much water? Lol And you may say...not enough calories? Lol, yes to both. When you drink to much water you flush all your nutrients. When you don't get enough calories you dont get enough nutrients. Well, I have a problem going all day without eating and binge eating at night. So I set an alarm to go off every 3 hours to eat something. (measured portions of veggies, nuts, or a small meal) I also drank 16 oz. bottle of water every 3 hours. So, yesterday was not as successful as I would have liked, but I learned and know how to make the changes. As for this weekend, my husband is home from work, so my whole routine changes and it's a extended weekend with the celebration of Labor day. So don't forget to think before you eat!
