Tomorrow is the day I attack! I need help! Who is with me. Baby steps but big life changes!

This time my goal isn't the scale! It is how I feel and developing new good habits.

September Goals.

Fitness Objectives:
10,000 Steps a day
40 minutes of cardio every other day
Weight train 2x a week for 30 minutes
30 minute bike ride once a week

Nutrition Objectives:
One gallon of water a day
No Beer
No Fried Foods
