Thank you everyone for the kind words and motivation. Today for some reason I fainted, which freaked me out and it was kind of a wake up call for my recovery, which I'm starting tomorrow. Wish me luck 🤞🍀 I hope I get better on my own, and if I can't then I know I'll have to seek professional help.

I never considered it as exercise tbh, but I guess it makes sense! At least I'm not in my bed all day long. It's just frustrating when you don't magically see results :s

I stop eating around 9 pm and then don't eat until 11-12 in the morning, which is like 14-15 hours but it does help. I'm not that hungry in the mornings and plus I will have more calories left for the evening - when i'm hungry af.
