My 1st Weight-Loss Plateau?

Okay, so I started my journey this January and I'm proud of where I've gotten so far.
I used to drop around 2 kg a week (4.4.) lbs with 1500 calories a day. These past few weeks I'm down to 800 calories a day though and I've still dropped 1.5 - 2 kg a week until recently. I know that's too extreme for some of y'all, but It's been easy for me since sometimes I'm in university like 8-12 hours a day.
I started at 225 lbs (102 kg), I'm down to 176 lbs (79.8kg) and the scale hasn't budged for like a week now! My goal weight is 73 kg and I want to reach it by this summer. Then I'd like to start exercising cause even with my weight loss my body needs some shaping!
I do a 24-hour fast from Sunday @ 6 pm - Monday @ 6 pm, then I do IF from Tuesday to Thursday. I can't control myself during the weekend so I consume everything and everything. Do macros matter that much?
I decided to go back to 1500 calories today, is that a good idea? I've heard upping the calorie intake helps with plateaus. I don't know what else to do... I'm still afraid of binging though, It's so easy to fall back into old habits.
Any reply is appreciated!
P.S. Sorry for putting this in the Challenges category... I'm dumb and I thought that meant like challenging things during people's journeys.... tragic.

800 is too low it's not that it's too extreme to do it because it is unhealthy. Putting your body in full starvation mode which that is it will fight back hard. While you might be able to do it for awhile you are doing serious damage to your body 1500 is minimum for a man get back there and tighten your logging and it will work.2
