a "wrap" around anything is a waste of sometimes more than a 100 calories imo. Better to do your own "unwich" with bacon and tomato wrapped with lettuce and lightly dripped in yogurt salad dressing.

Had two 3x3 thin crust slices. No clue how to log it. Both were sausage and green peppers. Mushroom too but thats next to notta. Would 180 to 240 a slice be a good guesstimate?

They know. I was still 210+ when working here a year ago now fluctuations 157-160 depending on the day.I always turn down sweets too.

I can't say no to free pizza. I'm not going to feast just have an additional slice or too. I'm already the thinest guy in the meeting. People will be like wtf when they find out im still cutting weight lol Though this is why the last 10lbs have been impossible very little room for error

Most BBQ log at 70 cals for 2 tablespoons.. seems less when weighed in grams. I use yogurt dressings or salsas for low cal options.

FML.... work is bringing in pizza today for a mandatory meeting. I brought chicken, asparagus and roasted bell peppers thinking id get a nice under 330 lunch in but now I'll have no choice to add a square of pizza or two probably at no less than 180 a slice for those thin cut squares right?

I figure by eating 1550 it leaves a couple hundred for error. I do 30 minutes of bike cardio 4 days a week, back and biceps monday, chest Tuesday, shoulder and triceps Wednesday and legs on Thursday. How come no place in the midwest has a Lettice wrapped burger? That would save a good amount of calories wasted on bread. We don't have In and Out's here so that's out of the question.

that's a little less than half my daily caloric budget not worth one sandwich. I usually try to get 2-3 "maintenance" days a month though.

Probably 80 calories per bun. 350 calories for the burger itself 120 calories for the cheese. Another 100 for all that mayo With 2o or 30 calories for the tomato and pickles.

what make's it aggressive? Just because you can't do it doesn't mean I can't. Its a pet peeve of mine here when people comment that other people should take longer to lose weight when they are doing fine themselves. 1500 calories a day for a male is not "TOO" aggressive.

Isopure. Low to zero carb. Great flavors. 25g protein for roughly 100 calories. Any GNC has. Apple Pie, Mint Chocolate Chip Sundae and Cookies and Cream are my favorites. Shake with water or almond milk.

They are 150 calories when individually wrapped. They come in packages of 6. Those are probably accurate. Same thing for those mini bags of carrots i use for 25 a bag.
