Lol, I love the regular Lay’s chips...can’t stop when I start. There is something about them, not sure what it is.

Amazing! What did you do? I can seem to only loose a few pounds per month, and you lost about 12-15 per month? Curious to learn how you achieved this.

It looks like 2 different girls! Great job. How did you loose it you think? Love that kitchen in the back - no wonder why Julia liked cooking.

Hi there, this sounds like my story, I am 5’8 and went from 137 to 170 in ten years, now loosing weight slowly, I have been on MFP for one month. Just wanting to fit in my size 6 pants at some point in the following year. Feel free to add me as a friend!

I wish they had a high protein Girl Scout cookie option. :D

Avoid eating with your friends, do something active, go on a hike or walk with them instead.

I lost a chihuahua... didn’t like that yappy dog anyways

Great accomplishment, inspiring, how long did it take to loose that much? Any food tips?

Same for me, 46 years old trying to stay young, gained a few pounds lately...hitting the gym and trying to get healthier, I could use some support as well. Feel free to add me!

Hi Janie, new here and I have no idea how to add you to my friends list. Will see if I can figure this out, it may be quicker if you send me a request. :-)

Okay interesting view points here, thanks for taking the time to reply.

It may sound boring but I bring an Envy Apple, I eat it in the middle of the afternoon while drinking some tea, keeps me full until dinner.

I’d say limit the tastings to a teaspoon per meal cooked, write down your recipes so you can skip the tastings eventually...and do some excercise and stretches while cooking...don’t do it with a knife in hand though. :D
