I've found my favorite breakfast is a hamburger or leftovers, a salad & soup is second. Hope this helps.

I have found I started with just one thing, I chose to start drinking more water...I am actually getting my 8+ glasses in everyday for last full week. mini goal is to be thinner & healthier for my bus trip to Savanah in the spring. I know buses are usually cramped and this one is full, so will be crowded...no extra room for excess weight in suitcase or seat! LOL

I hear ya. I am increasing my water intake and that has helped me cut back on food in general as well as junk food, plus if it is not in the house, it is not in my mouth. At least for now. I start a new job on the 22nd so we will see. I think it will help that I have diet buddy in my house for now too. Good luck w/your…
