I am a 59yr old git male, grumpy and overweight.
My goal weight is 95 kgs to lose at 1kg a week from to day.
I hate diets-tried many with little or no success.
If i don't have carbs I go crazy.
So I am just gonna try cut the rubbish, eat moderate portions and minimize snacking on crisps, cakes etc.
My weakness is watching TV in evenings and snacking before dinner..that's fatal for me.
I want to hook up with someone who can motivate, help and advise and I the same with them.

    I hear ya. I am increasing my water intake and that has helped me cut back on food in general as well as junk food, plus if it is not in the house, it is not in my mouth. At least for now. I start a new job on the 22nd so we will see. I think it will help that I have diet buddy in my house for now too. Good luck w/your journey.
