Could you ask your kids father financial help? I remember you said in your last thread that he takes care of the kids financially because you had to leave school to care for them. Honestly I would just go find a gym that you do feel comfortable in. I wouldn't want to work out somewhere crowded like that either.

Some people naturally eat within16/8. Some people use IF as a tool to help them create a calorie deficit. That's all it is. Nothing magical. There's so much misinformation floating around these forum about the keto diet . Calories do matter, keto isn't some magical weight loss diet like they claim. A Calorie deficit is still needed for weight loss.

I include treats all the time. I can't imagine life without having treats. I learned portion control and moderation so I can include treats into my daily life while still minding my weight. I found that deprivation only leads to misery in the end for me. I would end up over indulging after months of depriving myself.

Do you mean it's the best for you? If it's the best for you, that's awesome! Go for it! But it certainly isn't the best for me. I lost weight eating 200g of carbs per day so keto wasn't on my agenda. Keto might be the best for you but that certainly isn't the case for everyone. If you like it, go for it.

I would make a big batch of rice and beans. Vegetarian guests and meat eating guests can both enjoy it. It's easy to make and tasty. Pasta would be another good one.

What would IF have to do with this OP? She's been stalled since Saturday and is still new so probably doesn't know that weight loss isn't linear yet. I surely didn't know either when I first started. IF helps people create a calorie deficit. Creating a calorie deficit- weight loss.

I was wondering the same thing. I'm around the same weight as the op currently and it would be extremely difficult for me to burn 700 in an hour. I'm not even capable of doing it, I'd probably pass out. Lol

Every human loses weight by creating a calorie deficit. Keto doesn't automatically cause weight loss. A Calorie deficit is still needed in order to lose weight. If you like keto then that's great, go for it! But your post is making it seem like keto alone caused you to lose weight. ( Besides the initial water weight loss)…

Thanks for the clarification. It sounds like your issue is more of a logistics issue. I think a few bags of frozen veggies, a bagged salad and a couple pieces of fruit per week might be an easy way for you to have fruit and veggies for yourself that will last a bit and not cost a lot.

How would something with zero Calories cause weight gain? Weight gain occurs from a Calorie surplus. How would a diet soda cause a Calorie surplus?
