The same happened to me! So frustrating! I have seen the scale budge after I started lifting weights and intermittent fasting. The fasting definitely helped get me out of the plateau :)

Don't worry, hang in there and your body will catch up..... and don't forget to take into account that you are building muscle... even if you are only doing cardio, you are exercising the muscles in your legs... and muscles look nicer than fat, so keep up the good work ;)
