20-25 trying go drop 15-20 lbs?

Hey everyone,

I've been trying to drop about 20 pounds since I was like 17. I'm 22 now. I've successfully managed to get down to 156. I started at 167-168.
Ideally, I'm trying to get to 145.
Anyone else hit a plateau?

I've logged in religiously for 14 days. I've been doing an hour to an hour and a half of ellipitcal each morning at 5 and running every other day.

I was strength training, but I am in the military and have our biannual fitness test coming up so I am focusing on cardio and endurance.

Helllpppp. My weight just won't budge

    The same happened to me! So frustrating! I have seen the scale budge after I started lifting weights and intermittent fasting. The fasting definitely helped get me out of the plateau :)

    Two weeks isn't enough time especially when you don't have much weight to lose.
    You say you are logging in religiously, are you using a food scale and logging every single thing that you eat?
