20-25 trying go drop 15-20 lbs?

Hey everyone,
I've been trying to drop about 20 pounds since I was like 17. I'm 22 now. I've successfully managed to get down to 156. I started at 167-168.
Ideally, I'm trying to get to 145.
Anyone else hit a plateau?
I've logged in religiously for 14 days. I've been doing an hour to an hour and a half of ellipitcal each morning at 5 and running every other day.
I was strength training, but I am in the military and have our biannual fitness test coming up so I am focusing on cardio and endurance.
Helllpppp. My weight just won't budge

The same happened to me! So frustrating! I have seen the scale budge after I started lifting weights and intermittent fasting. The fasting definitely helped get me out of the plateau0

Two weeks isn't enough time especially when you don't have much weight to lose.
You say you are logging in religiously, are you using a food scale and logging every single thing that you eat?0
