@sunderland_mich93 I get my work out clothes at the outlets near me: UA, Nike and Old Navy. Also, Walmart has nice dry fit/performance leggings for under $20. Friday weigh in: 143 Last week: 143 Working out every day Not always tracking when I get busy. My goal this week is to set up my diary every morning and stick to it.

Hey guys! I'm Colleen, a teacher and mom of 4 busy kids. I love avacados, lol. Last month I didnt lose weight, as I was stuck at 143. However, I got back into my 5am gym routine before school which helped me feel healthier and I am finally sleeping! This month I will try to check in daily! Track: yes Work out: yes

I can weigh in every week but I'm not sure if I will remember to post daily. I'm a teacher and mom of 4 busy kids but I do go to the gym before school each day. Logging my food in the morning has been helpful.

@concordancia I'm going to try logging everything in this morning. I'm about to turn 50 and have terrible sleep issues. I wake up several times a night and my mind worries about a million things and I can't get back to sleep. I know it's bad for my weight loss and overall health. I'm trying melatonin this weekend.

3/2: 144 3/9: 143 I go to the gym before school each morning. I also start off tracking my food but as I get busy with school and my own 4 kids, I forget to track the rest at the end of the day.

Is it too late to join? I've been following "what to give up for lent" on Twitter and they give you something meaningful/positive to do each day. My 40 day goal is to work out for 30 minutes each day. I'm Catholic but I believe its more important to make a positive change each day rather than giving up one thing. Getting…
