I’ve just been at this for about three weeks! I walk three times a day right away in the morning , 30 minutes after lunch, and then 30 minutes before dinner! I’m also doing resistance training every day with a different muscle group sometimes I feel I’m doing too much too quick

I’m in a program at Kaiser! I need to lose a lot! I get discouraged when I just lose a pound a week! I need to train my mind that it’s healthy! Too much a week would be bad!
