More lack of energy than motivation. I have the motivation, just feel wiped. Yes i seem to be eating my exercise calories. I eat mostly healthy except for consuming large amounts of sugar and milk, which i stopped 2 days ago, maybe that is contributing to my lack of energy, we'll see.
