While I love my job it involves lots of travel and being out in the field. I find at times it can be challenging to stay consistent w excercises and diet. Anyone else in same boat? Tips?

Okay, so naturally now that im taking my change of lifestyle serious w clean eating and excercise, my body is craving carbs. This morning I was fening for a bagel, which i happily did not deprive my self of. My question how much carbs should i be eating on 1, 500 Cal goal 1lb week, 120mim excercise a week?
I want to know more about the pre workout supplements, please. I think i need something. By the time i get home from working which involves a lot of driving and concentration, I am wiped and have to push myself really really hard to muster up energy to work out. Will pre wo supps help? If so which one's do u suggest?…
