dry-curd 5% cottage cheese baked for 30 mins with cranberries and any berry I have....tastes exactly like cheesecake but so much healthier. Ps. this is also my breakfast at times

Diet is 80% of it all. I find that reduction is processed sugar goes a long way in helping to lose the pounds (ps. check the labels for sugar content as food such as tomato sauce contains lots of it also) Pick one of the free diets online and try to stick to it for 30 days. See if it helps.
