34 and looking to lose the weight and get in shape

Hi y’all I’m 34 with about 35 pounds to lose and I want to lose it for me. I have struggled with it so far due to I have a desk job that doesn’t leave me much time for any exercise because I work long hours. Any suggestions

    Diet is 80% of it all. I find that reduction is processed sugar goes a long way in helping to lose the pounds (ps. check the labels for sugar content as food such as tomato sauce contains lots of it also)

    Pick one of the free diets online and try to stick to it for 30 days. See if it helps.

    I’m in a similar if not the same boat. Similar amount of weight to lose and I sit at a desk all day too. Diet and consistency needs to be our focus.
