I don’t know Jessef593, I’m not a pro. I’ve literally been going to the gym since January, I’m just saying what I’ve been told from some guy in the shop. All I know is if you want a buzz and wanna sweat like *kitten* then take this shite.

I use a pre workout called The Warrior LFT-SHT. I drink a lot of coffee and don’t really get a buzz from it, so I was recommended this and bloody hell... it really does work. I go 5 times a week Monday-Friday, and sometimes twice in a day. I try and go in the mornings before work as I do have a job where I am standing all day up to 9 hours. Sometimes it’s hard getting yourself there but once you are it feels great and you’re so glad you have!

Anything fast food I literally feel completely bloated and have stomach cramps afterwards... my body is telling me to not eat the stuff but it tastes so good!! The last couple of times I’ve ate it though it’s really not worth the pain, so if I can help it I’m staying off it.

I can totally understand this post, I to had to get my head round it. I always thought as long as it was ‘healthy’ I could pretty much eat as much of it as possible, but always wondered why my friend was skinnier than me but only ate crisps and chocolate. She was obviously eating less calories than me overall...

I don’t get blind drunk every weekend, I’ve been out twice since the beginning of the year. Sometimes I stay in and have a ‘cheat’ night where I’ll have pizza. All I’m saying is I’m finding it strange that one bad day can completely throw you off course. But if it means cutting it out then I guess that’s what it takes.

Just once a week... either a Saturday because the evening I’ll go out and have dinner and then go and have a tone of alcohol, which is hard to log when you wake up and can’t remember how much you’ve had. Or it’ll be a Sunday, where I’ve ate so much I’m too scared to log it hahaha.

I don’t always log, especially if I’m having a bad day. But yeah I probably need to cut the *kitten* day out, or just still log and tone it down haha. I only started my weight loss at the beginning of the year, so it hasn’t been long. I just thought I’d be easy to lose a stone in 2 months, need to be more patient I guess...

That’s why I do a lot of classes, because I know after half an hour I’ll probably walk out of the gym either through boredom or I’ll feel like I can’t do anymore, even though realistically I can! If you do a class you have to stay there the duration and you get lots more out of your workout. Plus there’s so many to choose…

Thanks for the responses everyone! I guess a part of me hoping they’ll jump on the bandwagon and join me in the gym as right now I’m going on my own! Perhaps I’ll meet new friends.... lol But yeah these forums are definitely helping me!

I absolutely love my fitbit! Obsessed with it, and it definitely gives you the motivation to try and beat your step count the day before. Love wearing it at night aswell to see how I’m sleeping
