  • I just have MMW linked to MFP so if I exercise the info syncs with MFL, I usually will go for several miles a day, between 2-3, I typically go 2.5 mph, time can range 45 min to maybe 1.5 hours if I stop to catch my breath or drink water
  • Ah okay, it sort of feels like I'm double dipping burned calories so I'm messing up my daily calorie intake but that is something I'll need to keep an eye on I think
