Ok im planning on eating a boiled egg with two slices of brown bread toast and tea then for lunch have baked beans and toast and tea then after gym have a whey protein shake and a protein bar then for dinner have a few frozen roasted potatoes with chicken breast and some carrots and peas and maby some turnip then for snack…

So I can eat anything but just log it so I have to eat 1,840 calories per day so just eat that much calories per day to lose 0.5kg per week.

I can only get enough protein and fats in my diet but im struggle to get to the recommended amount of carbs in my macros each day but I can get the near enough my daily calories per day

I like take away foods from the chippers like chips and burgers curry chips, chips and cod portion etc

Hi I set my calories for 1kg to lose per week it gave me 1,500calories per day with 188g of carbs at 50%,protein 75g at 20% and fats 50g at 30%.

Haha he didn't lose any muscle mass he actually gained a small amount of muscle cause he got his macros right plus he had plenty of protein in his diet he is doing a 30 day challenge on Facebook to help people lose weight the same way he done it hes just a guy who is in a calorie deficit..!!

He didn't lose any muscle hes ripped now. So how do I get in a calorie deficit with my tdee calories??

I know a lad who eats his bmr calories each day and worksout 6 days a week and he went from 95kg down to 65kg in 8months he got his bodyfat down to 6 or 7percent bodyfat thats how he got into a calorie deficit.
