I am in the same boat, today! I am planning on a huge salad with tuna (in water) on top--and either lemon juice or balsamic vinegar drizzled on as "dressing." OR a protein spinach smoothie. Not sure which I'll be the mood for by the time I get home.

I am doing it, now. I am only in week 3. Burpees make me feel like a failure, but everything else has been good, so far. ;o)

I confess I saw a "marathon" sticker in a car window the other day that had 26.2 crossed out and 0.0 replaced it. I laughed out loud, even though I don't want to crap on anyone's proud display of 26.2 or 13.1 or RAGNAR or LOTOJA or whatever the heck else they trained for AND COMPLETED!!!!

Smells. I don't mean gym smells, I mean perfume or strong deodorant. Hard to stay in the moment when I am trying to suck in a flowery scent.

Hi, The Chad! I am a computer nerd, too! I have been finding it a struggle, but also rewarding, to get out of my computer chair more and make some movement...doing a good job with computers usually means sitting for effing HOURS ON END! Let's do this, friend!
