Welcome! I am pre-diabetic also. Having to get serious. If you are having to do things at home, you might try the program called DDP Yoga. It's great for doing at home, and it seems to really work for a lot of people. I do it when I can't get to the gym. Check it out at ddpyoga.com

I tried DDP Yoga, but it just isn't for me. I didn't feel like I was getting much of a workout. I'm sure it works for some people, and it can be a great program. I do better in the gym.

I have nearly 130 lbs to lose. I'm cutting my portions down, cutting out all sodas, and cutting carbs. I'm also going to the gym now. Those are just a few of the things I'm doing. I don't now if that helps. I'll add you as a friend, and as I move forward, I'll keep encouraging you.
