The mini goal motivating me is stopping the sugar cravings...all the cravings. I used to be keto and then stopped. My body responds well to it but I let myself get lazy. Building healthy habits is really motivating me. I'm crystal, not new new but this app has updated a lot since the last time I was here. How are you all

Not happy but i weighed. 9/23: 250.4 That 4 lbs more than last week. Idk how. Actually i know how. Ugh. But no more skipping meals and binging on snacks. I went grocery shopping and i have what i need for healthy meals. And a schedule to get some workout time. I dont wanna be just talk. I wanna be healthy

Well. Yesterday i went out with my fam for dinner, so today i had left over brownie cake. Today i wrote out some more goals, went grocery shopping (i think i did pretty well) and tried to eat as healthy as possible. Tomorrow will be better
