I'm 5'4" and currently fluctuate between 125-128lbs. Lowest I've gotten was 124. My starting weight in September of 2017 was 152lbs. I'd love to reach 120-115 but so far I can't get below 125 other than the one time I got to 124... Sweets are my weakness

For me, I find that to keep my energy levels up I still eat a higher amount of carbs. Roughly 70-100g. HOWEVER, I don't eat white pasta or white bread. Personally, I don't think it's okay to 'eat whatever you want' even in a calorie deficit. You can still eat food that won't help you. Eating 100 calories or oreos is way worse than 100 calories of vegetables.

Super tired! Woke up at 5:20am to workout, now it's 8:36am, been at work for 40 mins and I'm falling asleep at my desk! I have to workout before work though because I always am busy after work and don't have the time to workout then. I am not a 'early' morning person either!
