Thankyou for all your comments, PT was not giving me 100% the last few weeks seemed his head was elsewhere with private life. I did ask him to change it up, be still did the same thing. I am going to go to classes and swimming as well as the gym for a while and really think about getting a new PT. thanks again 😊
