  • To echo the last comment. Eating rice is not unhealthy. You want to eat in a calorie deficit. Focus on eating around 2050 calories a day with a strength workout plan and you should see weight loss. Hope this helps.
  • I was 210lbs and started to notice around the 170 mark. Remember your body will drop weight from places you don't even notice. Give it some time

  • Do not punish yourself!! This will lead to a very unhealthy relationship with food. Just shake it off and remember it's about the long haul. One day out of 365 isn't going to make you gain any weight at all.
