today is day one :) we should start the exercises this week. ALSO - the weekly challenge this week is everyone must log in every day, not go over target calories, and log at least 64 oz of water each day. That will earn us 5 bonus points at the end of this week :)

They have these fabulous spice packets by McCormick in the packaged gravy isle. My two favorites are Baja Citrus and Hawaiian Luau.. both taste absolutely awesome on salmon. Take small steps.. don't try to change everything all at once or you are setting yourself up for failure!!! Start with diet, then add in exercise, etc..

Absolutely!! If you like to have fun in your exercise, this is the best way...especially if you have a good teacher. Zumba is one of my favorite workouts. You might have coordination issues the first time but if you keep going, you will have it down no problem!! Have fun!!

AMEN!!!! I can give up soda, drink more water, give up snacks.. but I have YET to EVER give up my coffee trying to lose weight..lol :)

This is my third week and I've "quit" at least 5 times..lol. I already have a dumb question..lol. When I am sending a message to my team, can I do a mass message or do I have to do them individually? I tried putting a comma in between and it just didn't work.

They actually make a device that looks like bike pedals for under a desk so you can "bike" for as long as you want..you look funny sometimes but it burns some calories. I walk on my breaks and lunch too so I'm getting some movement.
