Great so I am already behind..lol. Are there any websites you reccommend for good toning workouts? I am a member at the YMCA so I do have access to equipment and free weights.

Thanks. I have been doing cardio for a while now to lose. I just started an arm toning workout last week but I keep hearing that I shouldnt work my abs until I've lost the fat. Going to get some leg toning in as well :)

Extra motivation out s always nice. I'm so busy with my family that I never make time for myself. I'd love to get back to 120 but I always lose motivation because it takes so long. I'd love to have the extra support behind me!!

Cans of tuna are pretty cheap and make good lunches with crackers, bread, pitas, or just by itself.. a little bit of olive oil mayo, pickles and onion is what I put in mine.. another cheap meal for breakfasts is yogurt. you can get them pretty cheap.. and not always the best for you, but the michaelina frozen healthy meals…

Is there information on CSA's out on the internet for us to find them? I wouldn't have any idea on how to start that but it sounds like a great idea!!

We go to the YMCA too but it doesnt sound nearly as good as yurs. I haven't heard of craft or movie time!! And I do work but my mom watches her during the day so she really hasn't been to a public daycare. She is even like that when her siblings are along so I'm not sure what the deal is!

What about salads? You can add different things to get a different combo and gets the pre-cut strips of meat to help fill you up. Although Id like to hear more ideas myself!

Haha - I felt the same way!! The funny thing is now I don't even really want them {been doing this since august}. Sometimes I do and ill indulge but it certainly isn't the same :-)

I'd LOVE to try P90X or Insanity but I just can't afford them! LOL - I have heard they get great results though. Especially if you follow the nutrition guides with them.
