I just started again, I seem to always be up and down. I like the idea of the app mealime. I think I will look into It. I do yoga at home and I love to walk for exercise. Good luck to you.

I am 67 need to keep my weight under control, which I am have trouble doing. Eating way too much sweets and carbs, so I am trying again, to get another 20 pounds off. Good luck everyone.
