I've been trying the app mealime! It's free and you get to pick meals and it also makes your grocery list. There whole thing is all meals can be made in under 30 minutes. I've selected for it to only show me low carb options and they've all seemed pretty healthy so far.3

I just started again, I seem to always be up and down. I like the idea of the app mealime. I think I will look into It. I do yoga at home and I love to walk for exercise. Good luck to you.0
