  • Know how much of a challenge giving up smoking is .... especially first few weeks. The trick is replacing the hand to mouth motion with something less harmful so you don't gain too much. Mini altoids / tic tacs helped me and are a good way substitute without too many calories. Just keep at it, you'll get there. :smile:…
