Im feeling a bit demotivated today. A lot of hw and im sick. Should i workout or nah? I like to do 45 min calisthenics but if you guys can suggest a short workout ill most probably do it.

Yooo 1st day of the challenge!! Although i decided to not follow the plans that you gave us they weren't making me sweat even after many sets but im still in for the feb weight loss challenge. Just exercice everyday :smiley:

Try a nice smoothie bowl. Here's my recipe: Freeze one banana overnight Add strawberries and blueberries Some chia seeds And blend Add some granola on top Put in a mason jar Good to gooo :smiley:

As for the hair question try using argan oil after swimming as it nourishes hair nicely. You could also put conditioner on your hair before putting on your cap (just dont put too much or the cap will get slippery)

Try different workiuts rsther than 1K everyday. Here's a set you can try: Warm-up 200m freestyle 100m IM 200m backstroke 200m breastroke 50m butterfly And ladder (freestyle): 300m 200m 100m 100m 200m 300m Cooldown 50m freestyle Which gave me a total of 2K in 45min Then again i am a competitive swimmer so feel free to…

Any advice/diets/workouts? I advise you guys to try swimming as it is a great strengthening and cardio sport that i have been doing over 7 years and that has made me pretty lean. Sadly i gained some weight :(
