Finally got in some exercise today! I had about 45 minutes and made the most of it! I will try to get more in later1

Im feeling a bit demotivated today. A lot of hw and im sick. Should i workout or nah? I like to do 45 min calisthenics but if you guys can suggest a short workout ill most probably do it.0

Totally on you. If you are drained & congested, I'd rest; otherwise, a short workout may make you feel better. Check YouTube, they have lots!!!
