Maybe forget the number on the scale. If you look in the mirror and are happy then that's all that matters. If you FEEL progress then that's all that matters. :) Also, it's a bit much to be burning well over 2000 calories a day but not consuming that much or more.

Forget the lack of self esteem and security in yourself...men should have respect. If they're not happy with how you look, then they need to go. A woman isn't defined by her perfect boobs and butt. With that said, I've heard of that site and I'd be upset and boot my guy out the door.

Hey hun. Ditch the scale. It immediately makes us feel like crap and wanna give up. Agreed with above, do measurements instead. Try fresh squeezed lemon water to rid of toxins and make veggies and greens the majority of your plate. Go buy a Tervis or Yet I and fill that sucker up with water 10 times a day!

Replace those with a good protein shake. Have a cup of coffee limit sugar. My guy used to drink those 5 times a day and he has aged, he's constantly worn out and tired, wants to sleep all the time.

When you're specifically wanting women/mom supporters and friends but men start at it on your intro post. Like I get men are knowledgeable too BUT I'm not looking to chat with men. Move on and get over the fact theres a woman who doesnt want men to talk to.
