Im almost 50 lost all the weight no deficit required Actually upped my calories by about 700 or more a day in calories BELIEVE IT

High fat eating is my LIFE lost all the weight doing it,,,,Screw low carb...HATE THAT NAME...we are HIGH FATTTTTTT...haha I eat about 6o to 65 % high fat in the form of saturated fat...try it!!!! uts the bomb and the healthiest! hope this helps

yes you are being congratulated by a very very idiotic program....eat more trust me....I eat 1000 calories more then what MFP suggests and am losing fat like krazy....do not go by the caloric recommendations here go by the many fantastic members which is why I am here:)

the body is not a calculatorand yes you cal lose weight at first eating less but it crushes your metabolism...if I did what mfp suggested I would gain weight! lol

keto aint for everyone...i know lots of people who tried keto and then found the magic...try keeping track and keep your carbs low below 200 grams...yes this is low

as a vegetarian make sure u are adding fat....lots of it ....helps great with fat loss. start at maintenance cals and just by shifting macros...lose inches....weight loss is weight loss....lifting or not
