  • @geiznekcm - I personally do not weigh vegetables because they are on my unlimited list and I typically eat them by the bag or can, so I trust the listed weight. also I almost never ever eat fruits I love real eggs but have kinda given them up because I can eat so many of them at a sitting.   • saturday morning a couple months ago 187lbs. sunday crabl eg and prime rib buffet at the casino. sunday 3pm 196. a 9 pound gain in 36 hours. next thursday 185lbs. took 4 days to drop back down. also 3 weeks ago. saturday morning 190lbs. stung by a bee. saturday night 199lbs. took 3 days for the swelling to go down.
