I use the app to track macros (total carbs, fats, and protein in grams. Generally you ladies need 50-75 grams of protein, 20-30 grams of total carbs, and 100 - 200 grams of fats. The app will only allow you to set the macros in percentages so for me I set 5% carbs, 20% protein, and 75% fats. It can get a little confusing…
