I'm beginning keto tomorrow Monday 19th. How can I use this app to help

    I use the app to track macros (total carbs, fats, and protein in grams. Generally you ladies need 50-75 grams of protein, 20-30 grams of total carbs, and 100 - 200 grams of fats. The app will only allow you to set the macros in percentages so for me I set 5% carbs, 20% protein, and 75% fats. It can get a little confusing but I sent a friend request if you want to chat about it.

    I would set the protein to 100 gms minimum -or more if you are lifting. some green vegetables Spinach broccoli for 20 grams carbs - the rest of your cals in fat. Think along the lines of bacon, eggs, cheese, meat , nuts, olive oil, coconut oil - you will get protein & fats - it's not a all you can eat bacon fest - you still have to watch your cals - I did well eating a lot of pork chops & eggs.     Good app for tracking your diet on keto. Once you get a good feel of what percentages of your diet are fat, carbs, and protein you will be able to to make it a lifestyle.
