I go to sleep hungry...ive been training my body with intermittent fasting x1 month so i only have food from 1pm to 9pm and it has worked so far. I also eat a lot more proteins to keep me feel full.

I agree! Looking up the menu ahead of time really does work. I like to start logging in calories of what i'm going to eat before we get to the restaurant. I also think that me doing Intermittent Fasting 16:8 helped me lose weight. Im more mindful of what I put in my mouth and knowing I only have 8 hrs eating time makes me…

I agree with a protein drink at night and lots of water. I've been doing 16:8 intermittent fasting as well where I eat between 1pm to 9pm. I think it really helped me more açcountable to my food intake.

Have u tried Intermittent Fasting? IF helped me with really being mindful of what Im eating. I fast for 16 hrs and eat for 8 hrs. Lol. Im always hungry! I usually have 100-200 left but its just there for me to use on sunday-my diet break day. Drink a glass of water and brush ur teeth then see if ur really still hungry. Unless u r not eating enough for ur TDEE??

Doing IF for 3wks now and lost 11 lbs with 5x a week exercise. I am doing 1200-1300 kcal a day with one exception of Sundays as my "diet break" in which i intake 1800kcal but still follow IF.
