I didn’t 😏 only a few videos here & there from when I was working out.

There is so much good information here, I literally keep rereading it. Thank you 🙏🏻 As far as #5 goes. Yes and yes. I’m so soft & feminine looking. Kinda curvy. My measurements are 36,29,36 🙄 I guess I’m trying really really hard to overcome my genetics 😭
-
Oh my goodness. Talk about inspiration 😱
-
I did then I got stuck or stalled with progressing and the minor injuries or form was off. So I got discouraged & dialed it back.
-
My reasons were the same. But also I was getting minor injuries. 😏
-
This makes a lot of sense. But for my height I’d be afraid to go over 15 lbs. ugh 😑 so frustrating
-
Thank you for sharing your experience. Quick question. How long did you run your cycles for? Mine were 6 months on 6 months off Also did you get to the point where you couldn’t hit anymore pr’s?
-
True. I haven’t checked my bf. I pretty much go from how I feel. How much I can pinch
-
I lift heavy for me.. not in comparison to anyone else. Don’t be afraid to lift heavy 😉 P.s I wish my front side would look as muscular as my back side
-
Great picture. I look in between 21-23% maybe because I’ve had 4 kids so my stomach is most annoying.
-
P.s you look so amazing! I wish I’d show that much muscle
-
Thank you for that.. and booooo.. I thought it would’ve been a little more attainable. Because of the fact that I’m just doing it for me & no competition. So that would be silly for me to torture myself just for the heck of it. Lol
-
Wow that’s crazy! I definitely don’t want to do two a days.
-
Yes that’s what the guy that did my bf testing said. He said even some men don’t show ab definition at 10% that they’d need to get down to 6-8%.. and like you said everybody is different. For me I carry my fat in my arms & abs. Ugh. Hate it!!
-
Um I just figured that maybe I’d see more muscle definition. And that’s my goal. So my thinking was maybe 15% would be the number. I’m only lifting right now. No real cardio. Although my Fitbit says I’m in cardio zone 30-50%of the time. And this is the first time I ever got hydrostatic testing to find out where I am. Just…

I could be totally wrong but I think bikini competitors are 8-12% but don’t quote me on that. I’ve never had any desire to do that, or even look into it. It’s definitely not maintainable. And women mess w their metabolism and they never look how they look on stage.
-
Yeah and I’m Hispanic so definitely don’t have the best of genetics. Lol
-
Ok I’m not ready to do a deficit yet. Like you I’m liking the eating 2,000 calories a day. I think I need to eat that much based on my workouts. It just feels right.
-
I went to a facility that does hydrostatic testing. Basically they submerge your whole body in water. It’s the most accurate way of testing bf.
-
I actually don’t even looked ripped.. it’s totally weird.. my goal is going to be 15%body fat And strength wise I think I’m ok.. squat & deadlift 140 Bench 100 Hip thrust 185 I was maxing out with 5-6 reps but now trying to hit 10-12 reps with the same weight. It’s still trial & error for me
-
Updating my current stats. Weight 132lbs 19.47% body fat I got dunked in a hydrostatic testing machine today I’m going to continue w everything I’m doing and possibly starting a little cardio at the end of then month.
-
I use Bcca’s and glutamine in my water during training. Only supplement with protein powder if I can’t hit my goal of 125.. because I can’t digest protein powder to well. Multivitamin & biotin as well
-
This is helpful to me also.. good to know

Sounds like we're both on the same program. I've decided to give my bulk at least another month. My post is up the stack. I'd say keep going!! You can't keep doing the same thing and expect different results. If you're as stuck as I've been- you've got to try something new. Good luck! Thank you.. I’m still new to this…

I gained the 5lbs in 2 1/2 months. It pretty much has been a clean bulk. Only on the weekends do I slightly go off. But I always stay within my macros. Which is C:220 P:125 F:65 Calories 2005
-
Not all smith machines allow you to go past a certain point. Therefore the use of the B.B. I’ve used both & like someone else said the glute activation on the smith is more. But the gym closest to my house locks too high. Boooo. And definitely do both. Squat & thrust & deadlift Etc... etc..
-
You’re not alone. I’m 43. “Exercising” for over 10 years. My weight has always stayed the same 125 no matter what I did. In December I decided trying a bulk. After getting my macros dialed in I lost weight again. Ugh. The struggle is real! But my lifts are heavier than ever before. So just know that it’s a process &…
-
There’s no way you’re going to get bulky from doing this one time. I’ve been lifting for 10 years and never did I get bulky. My normal weight is 125.. currently I’m trying a bulk and it’s not going so well. I’ve been on it for almost 3 months and haven’t gained at all. Although I’m lifting heavier than I ever have my whole…

Great job, besides getting much stronger have you noticed any body composition changes? Or any other changes you can share?
