8/18: 291.6 lbs That means I'm up 2.4 lbs up from last week. Not exactly the direction I wanted to go. But honestly I'm not too surprised. I've been emotionally eating this past week due to family stress. That combined with only light walking a couple days, I'm not doing what I need to be doing to actually lose weight. For…

Hi all! I'm a little late joining this challenge, but I'd still like to participate. My goal for the rest of the month of August is to walk 18 miles. It's not much, but it's realistic for me. I plan on doing one 3 mile hike a week, probably on Tuesdays. Then, I'll do a 1 mile walk around town 3 days a week. It adds up to 6…

I feel like it is a realistic goal, because I'm already losing 1-2lbs a week, and I am planning on adding in exercise 3 days a week for the next 3 months. I weigh in on Wednesdays, because I feel like it balances out any weekend calorie splurges. "Exercise" for me is seriously…

I'm in! I've never done a challenge on mfp, but I'm looking forward to it! I am setting my goal to lose 20 lbs in 3 months. I weigh in on Wednesdays, so I'll just keep doing that. Do I post every week with my weight? Or post a master list and update it every week so it's all in one place?

I recently made a peanut butter banana bar with oatmeal and it turned out good. And I made a batch of banana cinnamon muffins with egg whites, whole wheat flour and protein yogurt.
