I have severe lower back pain compounded by bad hip mobility...right now I do gentle yoga designed for back pain and hips. Regular yoga is too much. Depending on your location, there are also yoga therapists who specialize in this. Walking is good too, and if you work in an office consider a standing desk.

Hmmm...I'm on day 2 of a store bought 3 day juice "cleanse". It works for me for different reasons - not the perceived health benefits so much as the psychological benefits.
