Why do people post the list of sundays in their posts? I'm down 19 lbs. for January. I'm in if you let me know what to do.
-
Couldn't agree with you more. You go to Reddit and people will congratulate you on your accomplishment. On here, you get a wall of text telling you how wrong you are. Then... to invalidate them even further by telling them they have serious difficulty with communication.

I'm not scared of no kung flu.
-
Good for you man! Why can't people just say congratulations? Beats me.
-
Nice.

Way to go, taking care of your health.

I definitely follow the rules of keto and eating one meal a day. It's not going to magically eliminate the need to count calories, but you will find controlling hunger and satiety will indeed help you eat less.

It's almost positive you are in at least a small way resistant if you are accumulating body fat. You may just need to limit carbs to somewhere around 60-100 to see results with hunger. You don't have to go to ketogenesis or 20g of carbs if you are a tiny bit resistant. That means you can still have starchy vegetables and a…

Please quit hijacking the thread. This person needs advice on hunger. That's all I'm helping them with. If they need bulimia help, that's on their own accord. Quit with the straw man arguments. There are some foods more nutritious than other foods. Flour that has been enriched is processed. Quit with the if this food…

Straw man argument. I'm just offering help.
-
That's why I told her to message me if she has further problems with hunger. There are tons of reasons, being processed foods as the most common.
-
There is never going to be a safe medicine to boost this without side effects. The processes involved are directly connected to your most important systems.

Hormones. Insulin, cortisol, ghrelin, etc.. Are you hungry? I'm not. I eat 1 meal a day. So let's see..
-
You may be really insulin resistant like I am. Your hormones control hunger. You may need a stricter diet of spaced meal times or fewer carbs to control them. Have you been checked for diabetes?
-
Hunger when losing weight is not sustainable. You are eating man made food and it's confusing your body. Try natural foods like meat and vegetables and stop eating processed foods. If that doesn't work, or you need further help, then message me and I'll help you figure it out.
-
Just fluctuations probably. I've only lost .4lb this week after losing 17 in the last 3 weeks.

Hormone levels balance and your body's natural feelings of fullness and hunger become active. It feels extremely weird and new. You got body fat, so your body isn't trying to get you to go out and gather berries. Just be sure you are giving your body proper nutrients like vitamins and minerals, and amino acids from…

I've had results with keto on blood sugar. At one point I was a 5.4 a1c, and my doctor was taken aback. I fell off a while, but I'm headed back there.

That is a good way to do a calorie counting diet. I should mention that I now eat very low carb, high fat, and only one meal a day. My method is to correct the hormone imbalance root cause of my health issues. My hormones are becoming more balanced, I'm getting full on a normal amount of food. My body is telling me "whoa…

I log it after I eat and it is what it is. I'm in my range all the time.

Rinse them over and over and over. When you think you rinsed them enough, do it several times more. Then throw them in the trash. 🤪

I went and made the recipe (egg and mozzarella) for a regular sized waffle and tried it out. I added a tiny bit of vital wheat gluten and let it cool down after it cooked to use as a wrap. I made some beef flavored with some Mexican spices and man it was almost like a chalupa wrap. Held together quite well. I thought it…

Have you tried them yet? Are they eggy tasting?

You might find one meal a day a lot easier. I eat all my calories in one meal. It frees me up from the stress. I'm not forced to be confined to eating foods I hate. I can eat stuff that tastes good and packs more calories that I wouldn't be able to fit into 3 meals. I eat once; I log once. It's easier to adjust to than you…

I've stuck with my New Year's resolutions for 2 weeks now. I don't have cravings anymore and my hunger was controlled sooner than expected. Hopefully it won't be too much longer before I reverse my diabetes again. I've logged everything every day and I am enjoying the lifestyle change and will continue to keep doing it…

Those Fudgsicle 'no sugar added' bars only have 40 calories. They helped me in the past. I also go for sugar free jello and puddings.
-
You just have to watch your carbs. Half cup of seeds has 13 net carbs. I don't eat any fruits, but that's my preference.

I think I like this OMAD with keto lifestyle the best. I have tried everything and I mean everything. Cabbage soup, low fat, keto, IF, water fasting, low calorie. They all produce results from my past, some better than others, but this one fits me. I think other people around me are having issues with it, but that's not my…

1. Create a recipe from the meal with each item as an ingredient. 2. Save the meal from quick tools. 3. "copy to today" from the quick tools on a past meal.

It's a nice tool to have in any kitchen if you are a cook. It also will help you realize portion sizes. If you are stuck on a plateau, sometimes portion sizes are the culprit. $20 is't going to break the bank, and anything over that is just for brand.
