You don't really have to move at all to lose weight, you just have to lessen your calorie intake. I always recommend people take it slow and not go all in. Take those small steps and adjust.

One meal a day with all your calories is not as bad as you would think. I do it. Never hungry.

It's the realization that they were not a good fit, and you have more searching to do. Losing weight and getting in shape can build confidence, but they are not solutions to finding love. It's really the inside that counts in the end.

I've heard of hair loss from malnutrition. Usually from extremely low-calorie diets. I'm not a lady though. :D

Fasting for extended periods bothered my stomach after about day 5, gave me so much energy I couldn't sleep well, and couldn't trust a fart. I'm eating one meal a day on keto, and it is working well for me.

I like Alabama white BBQ sauce. I'm not sure if it is on here, but there are plenty of recipes online. Not like a regular BBQ sauce, but it is good on BBQ meats in my opinion.

It depends on what you mean by "party"and how often you party. I don't want to assume anything about you, but if there is a mental reason inhibiting your weight loss it will need to be addressed first.

I think there is a lot more to why they gained weight than just because it was processed food. Many people can eat processed foods all the time and stay the same weight. Humans are too complex to be put in a box.

I don't know the calculations, but if you are morbidly obese you will burn a lot more calories than a smaller person. I will tell you that standing up burns a lot more calories than sitting on the couch.

I would just let them "woo" man. As someone said "Let the haters hate" I probably will have 100 woo's from posting how to not get hungry so often to a girl who is eating 900 calories. Don't let it bother you.

I did 5, 20, 75. Yours is close. I'm not sure if it will make any significant difference in changing that 5% around. I wanted my protein as low as possible for fear of gluconeogenesis. Eating the right foods and these macros will fall into place for you.

Sweets leading to binging is something that probably isn't caused by the time of day but something more about relationship with food. Reward, boredom, shame, emotion.. those types and other examples.

Hunger is based on what time you eat for the most part. It has a lot to do with spikes and dips in insulin and hormones..and that's where my level of explanation of that will cease. Recognize when you are getting hungry and schedule to eat around those times or before you get hungry. You have got to train your body to stop…
