Just an Apple Watch that is synced and doing on average 10k steps a day and this appears in my exercise on MFP as 100 calories a day give or take a few

Thank you that’s really helpful. Well I got 100 calories from syncing my steps as calculated on my phone with MFP. It was giving me around 100 calories extra a day with approx 10k steps. Does that make sense? Thank you

I forgot to add that I recently had my ACL operated on hence the limited workouts but once I am back up and running I will horse riding daily so will Probably need more calories then

Thank you. So am I too late to increase calories as I have been maintaining on 1300 for last few months?? It says 1820 old weight 1650 new weight so not quite 200. Thanks

Sorry just to clarify, I am talking about a 2lb increase from 8 stone 10 pounds to 8 stone 12 pounds.

Thanks. I know it seems silly in the grand scheme of things it’s just that I’m worried that in another 2 months I’ll have put half the weight back on I lost! I didn’t lose massive amount to start with
